Raw Vegan Cinnamon Rolls Infused with Chocolate Magic & Vanilla Cashew Cream

These raw cinnamon rolls infused with superfoods may look complicated to make, but we promise they are SUPER EASY! Try them out and you will absolutely cry tears of joy, guaranteed. ⠀

👇 Dough👇⠀
– 2 cups oat flour
– 2 cups almond flour
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 3 flaxseed “eggs”
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tbs cinnamon ⠀

👇 Magic Filling👇
– 2 cups Medjool dates (soaked for 2 hours)
– 3 tbs cinnamon
– 1 scoop of Chocolate Magic
– water to thin (use water dates soaked in)⠀

👇 Cashew Cream Frosting👇
– 1 cup sprouted cashews (aka soak for 2 hours)
– 4 tbs coconut oil
– 1/3 cup nut mylk
– 2 tbs maple syrup⠀

👇 Directions👇
1. Process all dough ingredients. Take 2 sheets of paper or wax paper, add dough to paper and use a rolling pin to flatten tough making dough about 1/2 inch thick.
2.  Add filling on top of rolled out dough. As best you can roll so it looks like a log. Place rolled out log on a cookie sheet and let sit for 14 hours (or 30 min if you have no willpower like us making these🤣)
3.  Cut into 6-8 rolls. Option to dehydrate or sun-dehydrate.
4. Process all cream frosting ingredients together and decorate 💚
