Super Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 frozen banana
  • Handful of frozen steamed cauliflower
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1 scoop of nut butter
  • Plant mylk of choice (more or less depending on desired thickness)
  • 1/2 scoop of Chocolate Magic
  • 1 tsp Spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp Moringa powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Simply add all ingredients to blender, and pulse until complete!

Magic Pumpkin Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS

Energy balls

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Magic

Topping

  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice mix

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine energy ball ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2.  Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3.  Place in freezer for one hour
  4. After one hour heat small saucepan heat chocolate and olive oil to melt
  5. Coat energy balls with chocolate as desired, dust with pumpkin spice mix

Chocolate Magic Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 flax “eggs” (1 Tbsp of flaxseed meal + 4 Tbsp of warm water make 1 egg)
  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of pink salt

INSTRUCTIONS⠀

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mash bananas and add all remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly
  3. Place in a lined or greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Chocolate Magic Protein Brownies

INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • 1 1/2 cups black beans
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 scoop Chocolate Magic
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • Optional raw cacao nibs ⠀⠀⠀

INSTRUCTIONS⠀

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Blend all ingredients except optional cacao nibs.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, removing and adding cacao nibs if desired.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Chocolate Magic Mint Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops of Chocolate Magic protein powder
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup banana flour (or almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 10+ fresh mint leaves finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until it’s well combined.
2. If you feel the mixture is too dry add more nut butter or maple syrup until it will hold together.
3. Roll into bite sized balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. It should yield about 10-12 bliss balls depending on how big or small you make them!
5. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes so they can set.
