        Chocolate Cashew Protein Bars

Makes 8-10 bars
Ingredients
- 
1½ cups dates, pitted
 - 
1 cup shredded coconut
 - 
½ cup cashew butter
 - 
⅓ cup Chocolate Magic
1 Tbsp. cacao - 
Pinch Himalayan salt
 - 
Goji berries, optional
 
Instructions
1. Line 8x8-in. glass pan with parchment paper.
2. In food processor, combine dates, coconut, cashew butter, Chocolate Magic, cacao and Himalayan salt until dough-like consistency forms. Tip: Pinch dough, if it sticks together, it’s ready!
3. Transfer dough to pan, gently pressing down. Top with goji berries if desired. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. When ready, slice into bars.
