Chocolate Chip Nut Butter Nice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

- Vanilla Magic, Nice Cream, Planet Protein
These UP-CYCLED COOKIES are absolutely incredible!
In Food Processor Combine:
- 1 frozen banana 🍌
- 2 dates
- 1/4 -1/3 cup nut butter of choice
- 2 -3 tablespoons coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons vanilla magic @planet_protein
- Process
Build The Cookie
- Stick in a small container in freezer for an hour.
- Take out and spread nice cream on one @fancypantsbaker up-cycled chocolate chip cookie.
- Drip a little nut butter on top.
- Squish another cookie on top.
- Stick back in the freezer for one hour.
- Take out and ENJOY!
