INGREDIENTS
Bottom layer (overnight protein oats)
-1 scoop vanilla @planet_protein powder
-1 tbs chia seeds
-1 tbs flax seeds
-1/4 cup gluten free oats
-1 cup milk of choice
-sweetener to taste
Next is the chia pudding:
-3 tbs chia seeds
-1 cup milk of choice
-sweetener to taste
-some spirulina (our greens powder drops soon 😉)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the bottom layer together in a mason jar & refrigerate overnight.
- Mix the chia pudding in a mason jar & refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, combine the two, and top with fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or yogurt.
