Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Protein Donuts

Made with oats, bananas, dates and your favorite Magic protein, these good-for-you donuts are a real treat! The recipe calls for one egg, but it can be easily modified for a plant-based diet. Simply use a flax egg instead. 

In Food Processor Combine: 

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 ripe banana 🍌

  • 4 pitted dates

  • 1/3 -1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 1 flax egg

  • 1 Tablespoons Vanilla Magic

Process

  • Line a donut pan with coconut oil.

  • Spread batter into pan.

  • Bake at 350 for 16-17 min.

  • Stick a toothpick in to see if done, Don’t over bake!

Take out & let cool for 5 min. Set on cooling rack and top with dark chocolate, drizzle w almond butter & cacao powder. Store in fridge.
