Snickerdoodle Bite Smoothie Bowl

Get ready for this two-for-one recipe! Almost like a BOGO deal... But BETTER! 😉 The Snickerdoodle Bite Smoothie Bowl is filled with cinnamony goodness. Have just the Protein Bites, or use them as toppings and put them in your smoothie bowl! 

INGREDIENTS 

Snickerdoodle Magic Bites

½ cup almond flour
½ cup Vanilla Magic
3 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. agave or maple syrup
Pinch Himalayan salt
 ¼ cup mixed coconut sugar & cinnamon

 

Smoothie Bowl 

½ cup flaxseed mylk or plant mylk of choice
2-4 Frozen Bananas
¼ cup mixed coconut sugar & cinnamon
1 scoop Vanilla Magic
1 scoop Chocolate Magic
1 Tbsp. sunbutter
1 Tbsp. vanilla bean paste

     

      DIRECTIONS 

      1. For the Snickerdoodle bites split the mix of coconut sugar & cinnamon in ½. Add a portion for cookie mix and set aside the rest to coat the cookie bites in.
      2. Combine ingredients together until a dough-like consistency forms.
      3. Roll in other half of coconut sugar mix.
      4. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
      5. Blend smoothie bowl together.
      6. Add toppings and DON'T FORGET the Snicker Doodle Bites!
