Sweet Potato Maca Peanut Butter Cup Protein Fudge

Our friend @happyhealthyhopey whipped up a batch of fall-inspired freezer fudge and we thought it deserved a spot in your inbox. It’s vegan, gluten-free and loaded with superfoods.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup canned organic sweet potato 

  • 1/4 cup dairy-free peanut butter cups

  • 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Magic

  • 3 Tbsp. maca powder

DIRECTIONS

1. In food processor, combine all ingredients.
2. Line small square container with parchment paper. Spoon fudge into container.
3. Freeze for 3.5 to 4 hours. When ready, slice and serve.
