Vegan Chocolate PB Protein Magic Bars 🥜🌱
Vegan protein bars that taste like candy bars?! OHHHH YEAH! Eating plant-based is so fun! There are so many creative recipes and ingredients to explore. You never have to sacrifice taste for health... they go hand-in-hand! The earth provides holistic ingredients that nourish our vessels while making us jump for joy (but for real, who wouldn't jump for joy while consuming a homemade protein bar that tastes like literal heaven?!)
Enjoy this recipe that is packed with B12, protein, omegas, magnesium, healthy carbs, and antioxidants!
⠀ - 1 cup puffed rice - 2 1/2 cups organic oats - 3 tbs creamy peanut butter - 10 dates - 2 scoops Chocolate Magic - 3 tbs coconut flakes - 3 tbs chia seeds - 2 tbs hemp seeds - 2-3 tbs maple syrup -1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (melted for drizzles) ⠀
1. Place all ingredients in high powered blender except for puffed rice! Blend until dough forms and add a few tbs of water to keep it moving.
2. Remove bar batter and mix in puffed rice using your hands.
3. Place batter in glass pan of desired size and smooth out evenly.
4. After drizzle your melted chocolate on top in true Andy Warhol style.
